Hotel Irotama Lago, Santa Marta (Magdalena)

The hotel offered a magical location with beautiful palm trees and plenty of space for the whole family. The rooms, though not what we booked, were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The friendly and attentive staff made our stay enjoyable, despite the initial mix-up with room availability. The dining experience was pleasant with a good variety of food options. However, the smell in the dining area was not ideal. Overall, a great location with fantastic service but minor dining issues.

I loved my stay at the hotel! The room was spacious and modern with a comfortable king-size bed, but I was a bit disappointed that I only got one bottle of water and a small sachet of powdered milk. The service was wonderful, especially when they found English language books for me, and the location was excellent, close to a shopping center and in the newest tower of apartments. The dining experience at Cocos was quite good with a lot of food variety. Overall, a great experience with a few minor issues.
